Misty is a graduate of McNeese State University and a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has proudly served in the United States Air Force for more than 15 years, demonstrating a strong commitment to both military service and compassionate patient-centered care. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Misty enjoys staying active at the gym, exploring local coffee shops, and cheering on her beloved LSU Tigers.

Andrea is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has been practicing occupational medicine at LOHS since 2019. Andrea is also registered with the FMCSA as a certified medical examiner for DOT physicals. "My focus as an occ med provider is to diagnose and treat work-related illness and injuries; while ensuring quality healthcare for both the employee and employers." - Andrea
